Plantronics’ new office is purpose-built at Park 20|20, an innovative business park built for the circular economy southeast of Amsterdam. The company’s office design takes advantage of acoustic expertise, state-of-the-art technology and design influenced by the natural world to increase employee collaboration and productivity and minimize distraction.

Smarter working with a competitive advantage

Plantronics has spent more than 50 years working to address workplace challenges such as noise and distraction. The office in Hoofddorp embodies Plantronics’ vision of “Smarter Working” through innovation that strategizes people, places and technology.

“Placing this state-of-the-art facility in The Netherlands creates a competitive advantage for our employees in the region and allows us to more effectively demonstrate the entire range of expertise and solutions that Plantronics can offer to customers and partners throughout Europe and Africa,” said Paul Clark, managing director, Europe and Africa, Plantronics. “The unique full-service environment of Park 20|20 is the perfect setting for such a showcase space.”

Plantronics worked with American architecture firms William McDonough + Partners, and Gensler to create its custom space at Park 20|20.
