Cognizant Acquires Amsterdam-based Mirabeau
The acquisition of this digital marketing agency will increase Cognizant’s digital business capabilities abroad
New Jersey-based information technology and consulting firm Cognizant has agreed to the acquisition of digital marketing agency Mirabeau BV. The acquisition of Amsterdam-based Mirabeau will boost Cognizant’s digital business capabilities in the Netherlands and Europe.
Mirabeau specializes in travel and hospitality, financial services, retail and B2B sectors. Some of the agency’s top clients are KLM, ING, Air France and Transavia. A digital marketing leader in the Netherlands, Mirabeau has won many awards for its work. About 260 specialists from Mirabeau will join Cognizant’s Digital Business Practice after the acquisition.

Fortune 500 company Cognizant is a global provider of information technology and business consulting services, with over 100 development and delivery centers. The acquisition will support the company’s digital branch, Cognizant Digital Business.
