StockX to Open Logistics Center in the Netherlands
The online resale platform for buying and selling apparel has announced plans to open a logistics center in Eindhoven
StockX recently announced it will open a logistics center in Eindhoven and is looking to hire more than 100 employees in the area. The Brainport region’s vivid culture also played an important role in the company’s decision to locate in Eindhoven. Additionally, StockX closely collaborated with the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency (NFIA), Brainport Development and BOM Foreign Investments while choosing to invest in Holland.
“We have millions of European customers. Our continued international expansion and the addition of a fifth authentication center in mainland Europe is an illustrative example of the ways in which we are working to better serve them. We chose Eindhoven in particular, because of the central location and the logistics network,” said Olivier van Calster, responsible for European expansion StockX.
Europe’s Leading Logistics Hub
Located in the heart of the European Union, the Netherlands provides unparalleled access to European markets. This is just one reason why major logistics companies like Cisco, Flexport and DHL choose to invest in Holland. By, rail, road or water, companies have access to 160 million consumers within 24 hours of Amsterdam or Rotterdam. Additionally, Holland’s talented multilingual workforce, strong business climate and robust infrastructure make it the ideal logistics location for companies like StockX.
