Holland: Trends and Opportunities in Fintech and Payments

May 20, 2021 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

The Netherlands is a global frontrunner in fintech innovation. World leading fintech companies like Adyen, Bunq and Mollie were founded in the Netherlands, and many others have set up their European headquarters in the Netherlands. The digital infrastructure, the innovative ecosystem for new technologies,  and the availability of talent have contributed to this. The Dutch government endorses the importance of a high degree of digitalization and innovation and welcomes new Fintech parties. Dutch regulation and supervision are known as strict but also as trustworthy.

In the aftermath of “Brexit”, many fintech companies have chosen the Netherlands as their new HQ or are considering doing so. Register for our “Fintech and Payments Webinar” to get to know why the Netherlands is a good location for Fintech and Payments.
