The Dutch Subsea Cable Coalition is holding a webinar in which they will give a unique insight into the status and future developments of subsea cable landings in the Netherlands.

The Dutch Subsea Cable Coalition aims to stimulate submarine cable landings in the Netherlands, in order to maintain and strengthen the (relative) position of the Netherlands as one of the largest digital (internet) hubs in the world.

The Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency (NFIA) is a member of this coalition and invites international companies that are active in this field to join the webinar.

During the webinar, Dutch Subsea Cable Coalition’s ambassador Martin Prins will host a Q&A with representatives of Digital Realty, one of the largest datacenter-providers in the world and SURF, the ICT cooperative of Dutch educational and research institutions.

In this discussion, they will address developments related to data capacity, the importance of collaboration and the unique opportunities that the Netherlands provides.

Additionally, researchers from Terabit will present their recent study on the development of the submarine cable market. Furthermore, our coalition will outline the support options which we offer for cable companies, and there will be an opportunity for participants to ask questions.
