Cyemptive Technologies to Launch European Headquarters in the Netherlands
The American cybersecurity company will land in The Hague, one of Europe’s leading security clusters
Official launch: Cyemptive Technologies announces European HQ in The Hague at RSAC 2025, joining Europe’s leading cybersecurity ecosystem.
Cyemptive Technologies, a cybersecurity solutions provider for business and government, announced at RSAC 2025 that the company will set up its European headquarters in The Hague, the Netherlands.
Established in response to the growing urgency to stop cyber threats before they cause damage, Cyemptive is creating a new standard in digital security. As the U.S.-based company scales internationally, the Netherlands offered a perfect choice for its European base – especially The Hague, widely recognized as one of Europe’s leading security clusters. As part of the Dutch cybersecurity ecosystem, Cyemptive can now tailor its services to continental regulations and sector needs.
Rob Pike, Founder & CEO of Cyemptive Technologies, explained: “We chose The Hague because it’s Europe’s beating heart for cybersecurity innovation, offering the perfect ecosystem of trusted partners, talent and policy access to launch and help European critical infrastructure sectors.”
A strong Dutch cybersecurity ecosystem
Netherlands is a digital gateway to Europe: home to superb digital infrastructure and a tech-savvy, multilingual workforce. As a leading global cybersecurity hub, The Hague is home to the Dutch National Cyber Security Centre and international security agencies like Europol and NATO. It is also where The Hague Security Delta (HSD), a national network of more than 300 public and private organizations, accelerates cybersecurity solutions.
Cyemptive is no stranger to collaboration with the Netherlands. Last year, the company entered into a liaison partnership with Partnership for Cyber Security Innovation (PCSI) in the Netherlands. Major partners of PCSI include ABN Amro, Achmea, ASML, ING, the Dutch Tax & Customs Administration and TNO. Cyemptive will also be in good company with cybersecurity companies like FOX IT, Thales and Palo Alto Networks which operate in the Netherlands.
Scaling with strategic support in the Netherlands
The Netherlands’ strong network and ethos of collaboration influenced Cyemptive’s choice to invest in Holland in further ways. The company aims to become the go-to standard for pre-emptive cybersecurity in Europe in the next few years. To achieve this, it will leverage the Dutch ecosystem to build a regional team, launch new service hubs and collaborate with public and private entities. Cyemptive is also supported by the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency and Invest in Holland Network partner InnovationQuarter in these ambitions.
Together, NFIA and InnovationQuarter helped guide Cyemptive’s market entry strategy: from introducing the company to key stakeholders and ecosystem partners to supporting them in identifying the new headquarters location at HSD Campus and securing future-proof data center partnerships. This collaborative approach made it a straightforward process for Cyemptive to enter the Dutch market.
